Festa also received an invitation from the publisher of the NY Arts Magazine to feature in the publication and participate in a 3-week exhibition in SoHo, New York, later in 2012. We look forward to giving you more info soon.
Local exhibition and 'Meet the Artist':
In April Festa exhibited her work at The House of Art in Woodlands Boulevard, where she also painted in-store for visitors to take a sneek peek at her painting process.The public turnout was incredible and on Sunday the 22nd, all three of Festa's newest paintings of treescapes sold in a matter of 2 hours. The interest in Festa's trees as well as Art Classes will promise some exciting changes in the future. Here are some photos of the exhibition:
- Festa's paintings are now available from The House of Art in Woodlands Boulevard, in Garsfontein, Pretoria East.
- Festa was invited to exhibit at the Theunis Minnie Art Gallery in Mossel Bay where her work is available from March 2012.
